Tim O’Brien with LaBella Associates joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”.  LaBella Associates is the architect for our Park-N-Shop project and they have a lot of big ideas for the space.  But they also recognize that the existing building already has great bones, lots of original character and elicits a feeling of nostalgia for many in our community.  For this reason, they plan to keep the steel framework, brick walls, and front glass windows to bring in as much sunlight as possible, while also modernizing the space for today’s workforce.  The way we work has changed significantly over the years, especially in 2020.  Tim and his team have fun plans for the building’s common areas that will allow people to stretch out and “plug in” outside of a traditional 8’ x 8’ office / cubicle.  Learn more about the firm at https://www.labellapc.com/.
