At the conference Di caught up with Tim Wade who was speaking at the conference (as well as being a B1G1 member).
Tim is a motivational speaker based in Singapore who speaks about leading change and motivating positive results. He runs change workshops for teams going through organisational transformation enabling them to develop creative solutions in order to take advantage of opportunities.
In this interview Di and Tim talk about a whole range of different things including carbon offsets, doing better things and how 30 cents can make a huge difference!
