***Trigger Warning*** The latest episode recorded on Oct 31, 2025 is not one for those who can't handle criticism of the hometown Minnesota Timberwolves (said with a wry smile). The Coach & The Culture podcast features Coach Frank, from Richfield High, and Lance Gardner, former collegiate player and owner of Yes!Trees (Tree trimming and removal). The father-son duo lets the Timberwolves have it this week. Coach Frank gives his usual coach's eye take on the Wolves and one thing a coach has trouble stomaching is poor fundamentals and lack of "winning" effort.
