We all have habits we want to create, but usually we struggle when it comes to keeping those habits. Whether it's going to the gym, reading our scriptures, or working towards a career goal... we often feel like we fall short at being consistent. This week I put together by BEST advice for staying consistent. And this is coming from someone who has experienced a lot of trial and error, and continues to do so! But I hope you can learn from my mistakes and be inspired by what works best for me.
