This day has a "0.5" because actually... This was during a period where I didn't track the little things I did in that day! I think if I'm not mistaken, since starting the whole #AliveWithArt thing - I never missed a day. Ever. Until this period - because I got sick and barely had any strength. My records (records??) show that Day 419 was 210806, then Day 420 was 210828 already. I think this was the time that I genuinely felt that something truly needed to change, if I wanted to move forward and not get stuck in a cycle. Here were my keypoints:

- came from another sickness - 1 whole week !!! (sidenote: i was so sick i binge watched series so quickly and just spent my days in Duolingo lessons every single freaking day!!)

- getting sick now made me realize i suck at taking care of myself??

- NTS self care so u dont burn out

- idk what to do w my life anw; i dont have work ;_;

- focused on recovering, trying to set a direction

- The Secret Life of Walter Mitty OST makes me feel better - esp Stay Alive by Jose Gonzalez makes me feel anchored

- i only live for BTS content and merch

- i cant spend endlessly and not have work !! (pls be financially responsible)

- it's become a pattern of getting sick and having to care for myself

- was impatient but was also ok being sick

- aside from fixing bills, i had no idea what to do with my life

- trying not to be hard on myself especially given all i've been thru!!

- don't compare urself to other people's timelines bc it's unfair to yourself!!!

- 2nd time getting sick in 2021 (1st was the lockdown anniversary/before my birthday)

- does everything in life need a key takeaway??

- ... still, key takeaway: take care of myself more

This was from my previously unemployed era and honestly? Some points still resonate, but I'm happy that some points I know I've also grown in!! :) Like these days I'm a bit less impatient with myself when I'm sick hehe.
