Sleepy T loves playing the violin and tweeting dog thoughts. When his town's government annex building is slated to be torn down, they decide to open the time capsule hidden inside it a bit earlier than originally planned. 

When Sleepy T and the town notice that there is a photo of Sleepy T inside the capsule there are more questions than answers. Aliens? Time Travelers? Weird marketing campaign? Sleepy T must find out!
