This week, I'm feeling a little under the weather. My kid was sick. My husband was sick. Now I'm not doing so well myself.
So there isn't a full episode coming to you this week, but I do want to take the time to check in. I want to take the time to invite you to pause if you need to, and to think about what you have on your to-do list that you could let go of for the moment. How can you create time for yourself to rest? To recover?
