We all had a great week and hope you did, too. Here's what we learned. You simply can't make big changes in your life without assessing where you're wasting your time. Social media, Netflix and chill way too much, or whatever your time wasters are have to be identified. Once you do that you will be so surprised at the time you recover to put towards those important goals.
