This episode is near and dear to our hearts. Burnout is a real thing, and now more than ever faculty face the reality of burning out when responsibilities from life within and outside of work collide, and when boundaries between the two are blurred (so damn blurry).
Having both experienced burnout at times in our lives, we want to shed light upon what led us to burning out, and more importantly, share some strategies (from like, actual experts - woohoo!) on how to avoid and/or recover from burnout when it happens.
