Combating Self-Doubt with Mindfulness

In this episode, herdacious host Lorelei chats with Gloria Chan Packer to discuss curbing self-doubt. Gloria emphasizes the importance of building resilience so we can confront failure and use it as a tool to progress professionally. As self-doubt widely disempowers pursuit of our ambitions, Gloria teaches us cognitive awareness techniques to build a practice of mindfulness.
