Brian J. Esposito is the President and Founder of Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC., a holding company with over 90 businesses in its holdings and operating in over 25 industries, including media, liquor, music, apparel, sea exploration, aviation, cryptocurrency, and technology. With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Brian has built several successful businesses, including the development of and later acquired the legendary Inkwell Coffee House. Brian has served in multiple high-profile executive roles, including General Partner and President of Exchange Capital Partners, a public General Partnership with over $1.8-billion in assets. He serves on the Board of Directors for Feed Your Mind Music, the Director of Development for the Invisible Disabilities® Association, as well as the Advisory Board for TREDIC Corporation.

Brian joins me today to share how he helps individuals and organizations achieve greatness. He shares his journey from developing the legendary Inkwell Coffee House to running a successful holding company. Why he chose to self-fund every project he launched into the market. He explains how creating a safe, exciting environment allows creativity and innovation to flourish and the importance of making your team feel appreciated. We discuss how empathy plays a role in helping your team manage their feelings of overwhelm and anxiousness and how Brian practices gratitude, appreciation, and accountability, even when dealing with a negative situation. We also discuss Brian’s process for establishing connections with other people or organizations to help each person achieve greatness.

“You still need people – wonderful, talented people – to come together to create something.” - Brian J. Esposito
