Another lie that grind culture sells us is that we have to move at the pace of a machine and "be nice" by saying yes to things we don't really want to do (or have time for)... but there is a really simple fix. Is it easy? Not necessarily. But it IS really darn simple.
It takes some practice to incorporate a less frantic way of managing your time, but the payoff is more energy, more focus, and a clearer sense of your own direction.
