Planning is dedicating time to resources, schedules for the operation of the business. And strategizing is evaluating time on how you can improve your business performance, your customer experience, your profit model, your revenue model, all of those types of things. So break your day up 60, 40, 60% add value, make money 40% plan strategize. Think about your day. Think about the time that you're spending is that time being used like it should be or are you just whacking the mole as it pops up, putting out fires as they happen. Putting out fires isn't gonna make you money all the time. It's not gonna make you consistent. It's not gonna help you get to the next level.
