As a female entrepreneur, I often get asked how I balance it all. And the answer is simple: time over matter. Of course, there will always be tasks that need to be done to run a successful business or successful life. But it's important to prioritize the tasks that will move the needle forward, rather than those that simply consume time without adding value. It's also more important to spend your time on yourself versus others. This is how you achieve true time freedom. When you focus on working the right tasks, you can accomplish more in less time and ultimately have more free time to enjoy the things you love outside of work. So if you're feeling scattered and pulled in a million different directions, remember to focus on the tasks that will help you make progress and achieve your goals.
