Between these three types of currencies, time, money, and quality, you can only have two. You can’t have all three. For us, we value time above everything else because you can never get it back. As you get older, and establish yourself and build wealth, you value time more than money.  

However, there are some things that we’ll make time for. These are things that money can’t buy. Before taking on something, it is important to think about the time it will take you, then decide if you can trade-off that time rather than spend money and probably get better quality.

This goes the same way with our careers and professions. Is it worth trading off your time and aspirations for a salary? Conversely, you may be doing something meaningful that gives you fulfillment, so you don’t mind trading off your time for it.

Everything comes down to time, quality, and money. Weigh these three currencies and decide how you are spending each of them in every aspect of your life.
