Finally finished my first flip! This was my first flip where i did everything. From picking out all the finishes, layout and paint colors. Thank God for Pinterest lol 😂 Â
I used to work in the construction field and have had the privilege to help family members with design and layout of their homes before. I’ve also have helped and done other flips with investors. This was just the first one I did by myself entirely. Which was fun !
I learned a lot from this transaction and wanted to share some of my insights. Some of the mistakes that I made. I hope this help you with your own journey . I hope this saves you time and energy. I hope you get some gold nuggets out of this .
