Romans 12:2

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

To boss up you have to be secure with who you are. If you aren’t secure with who you are and what you do you will never be able to boss up. You have to work to fix all your insecurities and make yourself secure with yourself and who you are to reach the boss level you want to be at.
