Fall Equinox is when the day and night are even lengths. Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere- Spring in the Southern. Such a powerful, real life example of BALANCE.

Fall is synonymous with abundance, harvesting, feasting and giving thanks before we settle into the darkness of winter. It's a time of appreciation- the warm glowing long days of summer are now behind us and winter is ahead. It's so funny to me that we as humans, as we advance through time we see nature, the seasons, the sun and the moon connecting with and impacting the cycles of life in pants, animals, the tide- but for some reasons often forget or ignore that we are part of that connection too.
