Have you got to a place in your life when you are thinking it's time to declutter?  I'm not just talking about the physical stuff that we can find ourselves holding onto, even though it’s been a while since it was of any real use to us or done what it was meant to do, although I regularly have gotten into a habit of doing that and allowing in new.

I am thinking more about decluttering your mind.  We fill our minds with so much stuff, with beliefs, stories and thoughts that we could have well let go of a while ago because holding onto them does not serve us at all, but somehow we don't.

The impact of holding on to anything that is no longer there for your best interest just keeps you trapped, often in the past, replaying things that we could have resigned to the scrap heap a while ago.

When we are allowing our mind to be jam-packed with drama, worry, anxious feelings, and not feeling good enough, or worthy, when we spend our time focusing more on what we don't want, or why we don't have it yet, then how can your life look and feel as you would like.
