It's all about girls getting their cycle- how to get them ready, how to make them feel ok with it, how to answer the tough questions your daughters will have.  But it's not ALL serious!!  There's plenty of laughs (can you say New Moon Party??) and few cringing moments too - (Especially for Producer Wade!)
