Emotions. God's gift to us to help us connect with Him and with each other. We need them! However, for many in the church, emotions are seen in a negative way with the resulting consequence of "stuffing them" or putting a lid on them to keep them in check. It's time to take the lid off and allow those God-given emotions to surface!
