We had the pleasure of talking to wonderful Amanda in this episode! She struggled losing her mother when she was only ten years old, but through the support from her grandparents and school teachers she was able to keep moving forward. Amanda wants others to know that if you are going through a difficult time it is okay and healthy to allow yourself to feel your emotions as they come. She also encourages people to find ways to help those in need, as well as finding ways to volunteer in your community.
