Timestreams 4: Warlord Dyoni (The Daleks 5-7)
It’s back to the planet Skaro as Nathan and Juliette finish the final 3 episodes of The Daleks. Along the way, Juliette can’t let go of Dalek fashion or her Dalek plushie while she talks about why Dyoni will lead the Thals to victory. Native Floridian Nathan is aghast at the idea of wearing sandals in a swamp while more practical Juliette is more concerned about Ian drinking water that releases mist. Juliette discusses Barbara’s love life as Nathan tries to downplay anything but the otp of Barbara and Ian. Meanwhile just what is happening in that final fight scene? The hosts could really use some help figuring it out.

Alternate Title: The Mutants (As the BBC didn’t assign titles to the serials until the 1970’s, some fans have other titles for the storylines that they consider “more accurate”. After the first three seasons no more of these alternate titles occur. This one is especially confusing, because there is another serial entitled “The Mutants” later in the series.)
Alternate Alternate Title: The Expedition (Only ever applies to episodes 5-7)
Episode Five: The Expedition (Air Date: January 18, 1964)
Episode Six: The Ordeal (Air Date: January 25, 1964)
