The first of six visits to The Capitol II convention this week with a panel marking the 40th Anniversary of Panopticon the world’s first Doctor Who Convention way back in 1977. Event organizers Keith Barnfather, Kevin Jon Davies and Andrew Beech reminisce about where it all started and reveal their future plans.
