Today, we speak to actress and playwright Tina Lifford about her role in season four of Queen Sugar and the power of Inner Fitness.
Tina has played over 100 characters in a vast career, including the CIA Director on Scandal and the mother-in-law on Parenthood. Tina might even be best known for her leading role as a single mother, Joan Mosley in the critically acclaimed South Central.
Tina is a force to be reckoned with in the entertainment industry and I was grateful to have spoken with such a wonderful, wise woman.
