Tina is from the Career Development Centre and is also a mental health director for Mentally Well Workplaces. Menopause is often a taboo topic which is grossly misunderstood in terms of what it actually means and the affect on a woman's psychological health.  In this podcast episode we talk about what menopause is and also the transition stage known as 'peri-menopause' and how it affects our mental health. 

Tina will share share information about what's going on in the mind, how psychological symptoms present way before there are physical symptoms, which are often missed or misinterpreted. We also discuss how to seek medical support and things we can do ourselves.
