This is the first episode recorded using Zencastr. Due to the covid-19 pandemic our team tales couldn't get together to record in studio. Marcos who lives in Jalisco joined Shana who lives in Los Angeles via the internet to record this awesome episode.

Marcos and his team has built an amazing foundation and learning space where young people who otherwise never had opportunity and schooling can come and learn in a fully functioning learning space to build the skills of hospitality, bars and restaurant.
