She shares her story of starting  Good Cake Day with the little she had (I.e. access to the internet, access to shops where she could buy cake ingredients and just enough money to buy ingredients and materials) and how that decision led to the creation of a business that has been featured in BBC, Chanel 5 News, BBC Good Food, The Independent, Readers Digest, The Guardian and so much more. She’s made cakes for members of a Saudi Royal Family and worked with many dream clients. Yet, the journey is only beginning.
