Isn't it interesting how we all do our best to upgrade and keep all of our technology current, but we don't take the time to do the same thing with our most important possessions... OUR OWN BODY & BRAIN!!!

Take time to upgrade your mind with a book, with some reading, expanding your skills... get the latest physical update to your body with a strong workout or a consistent cardio schedule. 

Yes, keep your tech updated, but don't forget to keep upgrading yourself during the process.
