What do you first think of when I say "what does rest meant to you?"
Are you somebody who always feels like no amount of sleep is ever enough?
Your response to somebody who says "how are you?" is "I'm just so tired"
It's probably because you didn't know there are actually SEVEN types of rest ( I know my mind was blown too). Rest is about SO MUCH MORE than just physical rest and sleep. Todays podcast episode is to help you feel empowered to allow yourself to rest more where you need it in order to honor and respect your own boundaries and have less days where you lay your head on the pillow saying "holy cow I am exhausted and I have nothing left to give after today". Learning how to incorporate more REST in to my life has allowed me to be happier & more productive and I know it will do the same for you!
