The American Citizens Common Agreement is a viable social and economic policy concept for the nation to consider. That debate will help all define both citizen Expectations of the government’s role in providing necessary services for our People, as well as, each citizen’s Responsibility to the nation and our fellow Americans.  

Meaning a given citizen’s Expectations are to be balanced by their Responsibilities.
