This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Big Issues related.  

The US Population and related immigration control issues have become far worse since 2008 when I first this proposal in my book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2).  

We must and will control who is allowed to be in our nation.  

We will never be able to effectively manage our own citizen population and the out-of-control Illegal Occupant (IO) population without the implementation of a unique National Id System. We are one of the few nations without such a National Id. It will also allow us to implement a Visitor Control System.  

Managing our population becomes far more critical as we seriously plan for the coming Sea Level Rise over the rest of this century!  The World population is running at 7.7 Billion people.  We must work to stabilize and then reduce to the World population as one (1) of our greatest weapons against Global Warming.  The more of us their are - the warmer the Planet becomes. 

Each nation must act now to help control over population.  And that means "every nation".
