This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Jobs and Business related. 

A. J. Wildman developed this closed-end Re-Employment System to provide the employment sector with a standardized system to train and re-train the American Workforce.  It accepts a person where he or she are, and coordinates their unique training, basic educational needs, job placement, and relocation, if needed.
