This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Big Issues related. 

The podcast overviews this, one of my favorite problem-solving proposals, very well.  What I will state relates to my 2020 campaign for President of the United States.  

• Full National decriminalization and legalization of Cannabis for medical and recreational uses. 
• Cannabis will be a Small Business based Industry.  The model set for the State of Colorado for Small Businesses will be followed and refined as needed.  
• No huge corporations and stockholders to feed. So dump your stock!  
• This will be a true tax source for states. 
• Clear all cannabis related charges from all persons records. 
• Release all non-violent offenders with cannabis, only charges.  Case-by-case validation.
