We’re also talking about how to start creating “to be" lists and stop creating “to do“ lists. To do lists are great and they have a place, but when we’re talking about goals or New Year’s resolutions, it’s much better to craft an image or a vision of who you want to be or become instead of what you want to do or accomplish.

We also go a little deep with scientific studies on our physical health and I dip my pinky toe into my thoughts surrounding the pandemic… That’s right I’m going there.
