Dean Millard did his podcast training by spending 22 years as a TV and radio host. When his station made cutbacks, he was the recipient of a pink slip which left him a choice of what to do next…get a job with another station on go out on his own as a podcaster. He chose the ladder. While most of my past guests have many years of podcasting experience, what I love about this interview is Dean is still early in his podcast journey…but he is already seeing success thanks to his attention to detail, professionalism, and desire to serve his audience with value and entertainment.
