A discussion with Alexandra Poe and Erik Segelbaum on wine cellaring, from how best to organize your collection to seeking out the perfect additions from regions across the World. Sandra has been a brand ambassador for Rhône winemaker Clos de Caveau, a judge at the Feminalise wine competition in France, and a wine events host for professionals across industries. Erik is the founder of SOMLYAY, a private client consulting and wine education business. He is also one of the 2020 Wine Enthusiast 40 under 40 Tastemakers and 2019 Food & Wine Magazine Sommelier of the Year. 

In light of the pandemic Erik also established the www.unitedsommeliersfoundation.org to provide financial support and resources to those in need within the wine community.
