- Refuse content on all platforms to give yourself a break from creation

- Simply go on vacation without showing up in all the places - you are allowed to do that :)

- Book in time for rest and vacay – don't expect it to magically just happen, cause it won't

- Nourish yourself, and really ask yourself, what will make this the best summer for ME. Not just your family, but for YOU.

- Practice presence this summer
