Summer is here!  I have 5 big things I want to share with you about how to create the best summer for yourself and your family.  

 

-          Refuse content on all platforms to give yourself a break from creation

- Simply go on vacation without showing up in all the places - you are allowed to do that :)

-          Book in time for rest and vacay – don’t expect it to magically just happen, cause it won't

-          Nourish yourself, and really ask yourself, what will make this the best summer for ME.  Not just your family, but for YOU.

- Practice presence this summer
