As a CEO, we think about our mission, our values, where we wanna be, when and how we wanna get there. Then we decide what tasks need to be done, get there why they need to be done and by whom. Finally we have to actually delegate those tasks. Now delegation is something that is extremely complex. Many people have run companies for many many years and still have troubles doing it.

It's gonna take time. Be patient with yourselves and understand that you're not gonna be masterful at delegating tomorrow morning. but that doesn't change the fact that you have to start delegating as fast as possible if you want to fast track your real estate investor career.
