Tips for Starting a New Routine

Starting a new routine can be very overwhelming. Whether it's a fitness journey, new living arrangements, lifestyle, whatever it is, it can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be! Often times the reason why people are unsuccessful on their journey is because they didn't set themselves up for success in the first place.

The way I see routine building is a 3 step process: mindset, do, reflect. Listen in on how I break these steps down and why each one is so important. I truly believe that if you apply these steps to ANY type of new routine, you will find success.
