In recent months, uncertainty has been at the forefront of many of our minds. With the rapid developments regarding the ongoing COVID-19 virus and global lockdowns, it's only natural to feel uneasy and anxious about the current situation. While much of this is out of our own control, Geoffrey Woo strongly advises that we'd be remiss to not take this time to take a step back and improve ourselves. Of course, we must do our part to "flatten the curve" for the greater good, but we can also make our individual curves in self-development continue to move up in a positive direction. 1. Establish, transition, and commit to new routines. 2. Remain physically isolated, but not socially isolated. 3. Be proactive when possible, not reactive. p.s. Wash your hands :) Learn more about H.V.M.N. here: https://www.hvmn.com/pod --------------------------------------------------- Send a message to [email protected] with feedback, questions, and guest suggestions!
