I know a lot of people around the world are currently being asked to work from home (remotely or teleworking) and not everyone has done this before.

I have been working this way for almost three years, so I thought I'd share a few ideas to help people adjust to this temporary situation and provide some insights for people considering working from home for a more extended period of time.
