Children of separated parents look forward to the magic of Christmas, just like their peers from intact families. It IS possible to maintain the magic and work out arrangements that reduce the possibility of stress and anxiety for the kids, so they can focus on Santa, gifts and treats. In this episode, I offer some tips on how to discuss Christmas with the other parent and when, and what do so if you hit a snag in your dialogue. I also discuss what happens when parents cannot agree.
