When I started Jones Coaching Group in 2018, I quickly ran into a problem. I was looking for business advice online and there was a persistent dominant voice. It came from someone who got their working energy from being in front of the camera, on stage, and engaging with tons of people at once.

I didn’t get my working energy that way. In fact, I’m the opposite. I’m an introvert and though I love to be around people, I get my energy from solo time. What was I supposed to do?!

Unfortunately, I didn’t get my answer in 2018. It took six years of trial and error to strike a better balance between me in my business. Yes, yes, I am the type of person that can push through. I actually love that about myself. However, you get to a point where you can’t push all the time. 

If you don’t already know, your business will grow with the amount of mental and emotional availability you have. That is why understanding my introverted needs has been the key for me to not become burned out, while continuing to improve my business.
