Everyone is competing for internships. According to Google, only 42% polled from 311 ranked colleges get one. I never had an internship during my years at college, so I have always wondered what it was like. Exactly, what was the know-how in obtaining one? Years into working at L'Oreal full-time, I have witnessed first hand to the talented interns that have come and gone.
