A little bit of a different topic this week on Mental Dividends, but one I think often goes overlooked as an alternative asset. Land (farmland, timberland, hunting or fishing properties, etc.) is largely uncorrelated to public markets, can be a hedge against inflation, and a great excuse to get outdoors!
