We're going to go through some of my favorite cleaning tips, my favorite cleaning products, and highlighting ways that old organization systems may have failed, but how we can recover for something new and beautiful.
We can't forget the booze and some good eats and we highlight my favorite drink to sip on while cleaning, and a one pot meal that you don't want to miss!
Cleaning Up Champagne
Combine ingredients in a champagne flute, and sip. Super simple cocktail for us today!
Fabulous French Onion Soup
Slice onions thinly then add butter and olive oil to a stock pot. Add onions and a generous pinch of salt and stir every 3-4 minutes over a period of 45 minutes. Add in ginger and a splash of cooking wine. Cook for 1 minute. Add in beef stock, and thyme bundle. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add in flour and water slurry and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Serve with a french baguette and gruyere cheese.
