Feeling a bit worn out is normal for quarter four, but after a lot of change and uncertainty over the last few years, 2022 has felt a lot bigger for many business owners.
In this episode, I’m talking about how to recalibrate and get focused on the work ahead. Quarter four is a great time to set yourself up for the new year, so I’m sharing some practical ways you can reenergise yourself to see the year out in a way that really helps you and your business thrive.
I talk about reconnecting back to the goals you set for the year and pulling back from bad habits that may have crept in. Over time, we can tend to detach from the goals we make at the start of the year so now is the time to reflect back and refocus on what we wanted to achieve and reestablish the healthy boundaries and habits that help us get there.
If you’re feeling exhausted, think about how you might be able to simplify your business. Perhaps there are tasks on your plate that you could outsource so that you can stay within your zone of genius and focus on the bigger projects within your business.
I talk about the importance of making space for yourself, whether it be taking some time out during the week or simply making sure you get enough sleep. I also share why it’s important to reconnect back to your purpose, rather than being task focused.
