Shani Avidar is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach, lactation specialist, and the founder of My Little Dreamer. After nearly two decades in corporate America, she transitioned into sleep coaching to help sleep-deprived parents navigate the challenges of infant and toddler sleep. Her Baby-Led Sleep approach prioritizes trust, communication, and working with a baby’s natural rhythms—without rigid sleep training methods.
Through one-on-one coaching, corporate workshops, and speaking engagements, Shani empowers parents with practical, science-backed strategies to improve their child’s sleep while maintaining a strong parent-child bond. She is also passionate about educating workplaces on how sleep deprivation affects working parents, productivity, and career growth.
As a full-time working mom of three, Shani deeply understands the struggles of balancing parenting and career demands. Her mission is to help families get the rest they need to thrive.
