Hey guys! I’m back to recording some new stuff after a nice little break! In this episode, I give you guys a little life update and talk about my own challenges with mental wellness, and resilience.

We talk about anxiety that we faced when Covid first started, the friendship that we’ve built since I initially oriented her, and discuss navigating being a new grad in covid land.
